Lena leads HTC Financial Solutions operation in US, and is responsible for all account and human resources services provided to our clients.
Lena has more then a decade of consulting experience working with startups in Silicon Valley in controllership capacity. Her experience covers companies in all stages of development – starting with development of business plans to due diligence required for M&A and IPOs.
Lena's strongest points include excellent client service and FP&A.
In her spare time, she is an avid rock climber and CrossFit athlete.
Aviad Kamara

Aviad leads HTC Financial Solutions operations in Israel and interfaces with Israeli clients for whom HTC performs accounting, tax and financial services in the US.
Aviad served as Deputy Director General in the Israeli Ministry of Trade and Industry – department that oversees Israeli Investment Center and the chief scientists. He was the Controller of the Knesset (Israeli Parliament), where he was responsible for all financial functions and worked directly with the Israeli Treasury Office. In addition he served as a Chief Financial and Chief Operating Officer of Israel Bonds International Europe and in the private sector served as Chief Executive Officer of Ruder Finn (Israel).
Aviad is an Israeli tax expert with a demonstrated track record of success in helping companies with their international operations, with his strengths including developing comprehensive plans to increase the production and profitability of multinational corporations. He excels at building cohesive teams to achieve clients goals, particularly in developing relations of multi-national companies.
Aviad holds a Masters of Business Administration in Management and several professional certifications.
The few spare moments Aviad has he spends with his family and enjoying motorcycle rides around his country.
